Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original Mephisto branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
